How quickly do you answer?

Quickly. We are a small team and we run the platform ourselves, so you do not have to go through a support system to reach somebody who knows something. If it is urgent, call rather than write.

Can you help us get started?

Yes. We set the account up with you and will happily help with the first API call or the first send-out. It does not cost anything.
