Virtual number
A virtual number looks like an ordinary mobile number to the recipient, but it is tied to our system rather than to a SIM card and a handset. Customers can reply freely to the message.

Customers can reply
The recipient hits reply, the way they would on a message from a friend. The answer lands with you and can be handled manually or automatically.
Looks like a real number
An eight-digit Danish number rather than a sender name or a short code. Easier to recognise and easier to save in a phone.
Everything in one place
What you send and what comes back both sit in the control panel alongside the rest of your traffic.
The same workflows
Auto-replies, forwarding to an email address or mobile number, and HTTP calls into your own system all work on a virtual number, exactly as on a keyword.
There is a difference between sending messages out and having a conversation. A sender name is fine when you just need to tell somebody something. But the moment the recipient has a question, they are holding a message they cannot reply to.
A virtual number solves that. It is a phone number tied to our system rather than to a physical SIM card and a handset. The recipient sees an ordinary number, hits reply, and the message lands with you.
What companies use a virtual number for
- Booking and appointments. Send confirmations and reminders, and let the customer cancel or ask a question by replying.
- Support and customer service. Follow up on a case, or send a text after a missed call so the customer can see who rang.
- One-time codes and 2FA. Receive codes from external systems on a number the whole department can reach, rather than on one employee's phone. The messages can be forwarded automatically to a shared mailbox.
- Feedback. Ask for a rating after a purchase or a visit, and take the answer on the same number.
- Lead follow-up. Write to people who showed interest, and make it easy for them to answer.
Replies do not go missing
When an answer comes in, it lands in the control panel alongside the rest of your traffic. From there you can take it manually, or let the system handle it: send an auto-reply immediately, forward the message to an email address or a mobile number, or have us pass it on to your own system so the enquiry lands directly where you work.
