We are a small team in Aarhus sending millions of messages a year. We wrote the code ourselves, we run the platform ourselves, and we are the ones who pick up the phone.
Started in 2012, because something was missing
Txty started in 2012. We thought the market was missing a provider that was both affordable and actually worth relying on. The cheap options were unreliable, and the reliable ones were expensive.
So we built our own platform. That means we own the code all the way down, and we can change it when our customers need something different. We are not waiting on anybody else.
It is still the same idea: SMS should be affordable, it should work every time, and you should be able to reach a human being who knows what is going on.

How we work
We build it ourselves
The platform is our own. There is no white-labelled product behind it that we cannot change.
We send through the operators
We use the Danish operators rather than a cheap route on the other side of the world. That is why the messages arrive.
We answer the phone ourselves
You talk to the people who wrote the code, not to a call centre that has to forward the question.
We keep watch
We monitor the platform constantly and are on it if anything goes wrong with sending.

Should you choose Txty?
The short answer is yes, but here is the longer one.
We have our own platform, which we keep adapting to what our customers need. We can help you send and receive SMS , validate every mobile number in your customer database, and set up a vote in under five minutes.
What we will not do is sell you a bundle with thirty features you will never use. There is no setup fee, no subscription and no minimum term , so you can try it and walk away again if it is not for you.
