The short version: we keep what you type into the forms so we can get back to you, and we measure how the site is used, on our own server. The site sets no cookies.

What we keep when you write to us
The forms on the site send us your name and mobile number, and on the contact page also your company, email address and the message itself. We use the details to call or write back about what you asked, and to set up the account if you ask for one. We use them for nothing else, and we do not pass them on.
The enquiry stays with us while we are in dialogue about it. If you become a customer, the details carry over into the customer relationship. If you do not, we delete them once the enquiry is closed.
What we measure on the site
We measure how txty.dk is used with OpenPanel on our own server: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, which links get clicked, and which form gets sent, but not what was in it. No cookies are set, and visits are not recorded. We use the figures to improve the site, and they are not shared with anyone.
Beyond that the site loads nothing from third parties: fonts and images are hosted by us. The only connections that leave the house go to our own analytics and, when you submit a form, to our own form service.
Data inside the SMS service itself
Messages, recipients and contacts that you send and store through Txty are processed on your behalf in order to deliver the service. That is governed by your agreement with us as a customer, and the data sits in data centres inside the EU.
Your rights
You can always ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Call us, or write through the contact page . If you believe we are handling the details wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
